How long does it take to ship my order?
Each item is printed to order. Most products ship within 3–5 business days. The exact lead time is listed on each product page. Once it ships, USPS or UPS typically delivers in 2–5 days within the US.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat-rate shipping is $7.99 for orders under $49.99 and free for any order over $49.99 (US only). Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
What materials do you print in?
We print in PLA+ (an upgraded PLA — tougher and less brittle than standard PLA, great for indoor and decorative items), PETG (stronger and more heat/moisture resistant — better for functional or kitchen use), and ASA (UV and weather resistant — the right choice for outdoor items). The available materials are listed on each product page.
Can I request a custom color or size?
Yes — just send a message through the contact page or click "Need a different color, size, or material?" on the product page. Custom requests usually add a couple of days to the lead time.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — every order is covered by a 90-day quality warranty. If your item arrives broken, fails under normal use, or has a print defect, we will replace it free of charge — you only cover return shipping if we need the original piece back. Reach out within 90 days of delivery via the contact page with a photo of the issue.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns on non-defective items. If something is wrong with your order (defect, damage, wrong item), we will make it right under our warranty. See the Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order at any time on the Track Order page using the email you checked out with and your order number from the confirmation email. Logged-in customers can also see all orders from their account page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not started printing yet, we can cancel or modify it. Send us a message as soon as possible after ordering and include your order number.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Many products have built-in bulk pricing — you will see a "Buy X+, save Y%" badge on the product if it qualifies. For larger custom orders, get in touch and we can work out a quote.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Points can be redeemed at checkout for store credit (100 points = $1). You need an account to earn and redeem points.
How does the referral program work?
Logged-in customers get a unique referral link from their account page. Anyone who orders for the first time using your link gets a discount on their order, and you earn loyalty points once their order ships.
