The short version:we collect the minimum info we need to ship your order and run the site. We don't sell your data, ever. We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in.

What we collect

When you place an order or use the site, we may collect:

Order info: your name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered
Account info (if you sign up): email, password (encrypted), optional name and saved address
Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
Messages: anything you send through the contact form
Usage data: basic analytics (pages visited, device type) to help us improve the site

How we use it

To process and ship your orders
To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and (if you opt in) review requests
To answer your support questions
To run loyalty points, referrals, and coupons that you opt into
To prevent fraud and abuse

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop:

Stripe — payment processing
Supabase — database and authentication
Resend — sending transactional emails
USPS / UPS / FedEx — shipping your order
Google Analytics (if enabled) — anonymous usage stats

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We only share what each service needs to do its job.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technology to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and measure site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site (login, cart, checkout) won't work without them.

Your rights

You can at any time:

Ask what data we have on you
Ask us to correct or delete your data
Delete your account from the account page
Unsubscribe from any non-essential emails

Just contact us and we'll handle it.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as legally required (tax purposes, mainly). Account data is kept until you delete your account. Contact messages are kept for as long as is useful to support you.

Kids

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and notify customers with active accounts by email.
