Every item is printed to order. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. The exact lead time for each product is listed on its page (custom requests may add 1–2 days).
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your order is dropped off. You can also track any order anytime on the Track Order page.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added later — get in touch if you're curious.
Because every product is printed to order, we don't accept general returns on non-defective items. If you change your mind, the best thing to do is reach out before the item ships — we can usually cancel.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, it's covered by our warranty (below). Don't worry, we'll make it right.
Cancellations: orders that haven't started printing yet can be cancelled for a full refund. Just contact us with your order number.
