Agreement

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Orders & payment

• All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept the offer when we charge your card. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (with a full refund).
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.
• If a price is wrong because of a clear typo or system error, we'll contact you before fulfilling the order.

Made-to-order products

Almost everything we sell is printed to order. Because of that, returns are limited to defective items — see our Shipping & Returns page for the full warranty terms.

Custom requests

Custom orders are non-refundable once printing has started. We'll confirm specs with you in writing before charging.

Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse promotions, file fraudulent chargebacks, or break these terms.

Coupons, loyalty points, and referrals

• Promotions have no cash value and can be changed or ended at any time.
• Loyalty points and referral credits are tied to your account and aren't transferable.
• Abusing promotions (fake accounts, self-referrals, etc.) will void any related credits.

Acceptable use

When using the site, don't:

• Try to break into, scrape, or overload the site
• Submit reviews, photos, or messages that are illegal, harassing, or that you don't own
• Use the site to commit fraud, including chargeback fraud

Reviews & user content

When you submit a review or photo, you grant us permission to display it on the site. We may remove content that violates these terms or is misleading. You keep ownership of what you submit.

Intellectual property

Product photos, text, and the site itself are owned by us. Don't copy or resell them. If you see a product you believe infringes someone's rights, contact us and we'll review it.

Disclaimer & liability

We do our best to make accurate, high-quality products, but we provide them "as is." Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under your local consumer laws.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the site and (for account holders) by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the operator's home state.
